Sponsor a Trend title

Sponsored placements are how the Trend titles stay free to read and free to be listed in. The rules are the same on every title:

• Flat monthly fee. One practice or firm per position. Never charged per patient, call or lead.
• Always labeled. Every sponsored card says "Sponsored" and sits above, never inside, the organic list.
• Limited positions. A city page carries one to three positions depending on its size; a state page one or two.
• The organic list stays neutral. Sponsorship never changes who is listed or in what order.
